• Local Cuisine Experiences: Culinary tours featuring authentic Goan delicacies.
• Customized and Private Tours: Tailor-made experiences designed around your interests.
• Accommodation and Transport Arrangements: Partnered with local homestays, boutique hotels, and trusted transport providers.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified in your booking confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

3.2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in INR (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• We accept payments through the following methods:
  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Please note: We do not accept card payments, as card processing facilities are not available.
• Prices are subject to variation based on factors such as seasonality, availability, and group size.

3.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• Cancellations made 3 days before the tour start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions), we will offer rescheduling options or a partial refund.

4. Travel Documentation

• You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including ID proof, permits, and health certificates if required.
• We are not responsible for any disruption due to incomplete documentation.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Guests are expected to adhere to local customs and respect cultural norms.
• You agree to follow the instructions of your guide to ensure safety during activities.
• Travel.G reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Liability and Responsibility

• We prioritize your safety but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen incidents, including accidents, injuries, or loss of property during the tour.
• We act as an intermediary with local providers (transport, accommodation, and experiences) and are not liable for their actions or service quality.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected events.

• We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for booking and promotional purposes.

• We are not responsible for disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
